missingWrote a review on 08 Decsmall roomspoor wi-fi
I was appalled that my room was soooo small, honestly more like a closet than a double room. Plus, the wi-fi always seemed to be out, as if they think that's acceptable! I almost wrote a glowing review but the lack of an upgrade for my special occasion completely ruined my stay. Very disappointing.

This charming hotel really stood out with its lovely traditional atmosphere and modern conveniences. Locating the famous sites was a breeze. We wandered to the Absinthe Museum and the Maison de van Gogh, both just a short walk away. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of options to choose from. Plus, checking in early.

Take advantage of the lovely garden area for breakfast. It provides a peaceful start to your day in a charming setting.

missingWrote a review on 01 Novprivate gardengenerous breakfastdifficult access
The unique access to a private garden from the room. Breakfast offerings were generous, setting a nice tone for the day ahead.
Parking options were somewhat misleading. On-street and public lots worked fine, but I expected on-site availability. The self-check-in process required retrieving the key from a box, which limited access to the garden after hours. The bathroom setup in the suite consisted of only a curtain for privacy, leading to compromised sound and light control.

Charming stay near Van Gogh's legacy
Our mornings began with an extensive breakfast with homemade treats that fueled our exploring. The staff was genuinely warm, providing local tips that enhanced our stay. It's impossible not to appreciate the historical connection to Van Gogh that permeates the town.
Accessing our room from outside was awkward, and the self-check-in process meant our access to the garden was limited. I would have appreciated clearer parking information beforehand, as street options felt misleading.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with a unique and unforgettable style that reminded me of famous paintings. the beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the bathroom was modern and well-equipped, providing everything I needed. the complementary tea in the room was a nice touch and added to the overall experience. the location of the hotel was perfect, with parking conveniently available right in front.
That some restaurants in the area were closed on Mondays, making dinner options a bit limited. the arrangement to enter the hotel after reception closes was a bit confusing and could be improved for a smoother check-in process.
